On the day of your choosing, your carefully selected local instructor will arrive at home or holiday accommodation with everything needed to create a tranquil atmosphere, including soothing music and comfortable yoga mats.
All that’s needed from you is to relax and feel the flow of the ancient practice.
Each practice, whether it’s Tai Chi or yoga will start with a 15-20 minute warm up, getting the blood circulating and waking-up your feet, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and neck.
Depending on the ability level and mood of the group, the session could be more energetic or more calming, it’s entirely up to you. The instructor will work with you on precise alignment throughout the class, designed to help melt away back and hip pain, stress and anxiety.
Whether you’ve lit a fire in your muscles or soothed your busy mind, by the end of the session, you should feel relaxed, revitalised and hopefully ready to take your practice home with you!
